The Chateau Lake Louise next door is a large and beautiful hotel that should be explored while you are there. Personal vehicle parking is $42 a day and fills up fast, so it is recommended to take a shuttle or bus to the lake. The hotel sets up skating rinks on the lake in the winter time, so go in any season.
