Heart Creek Trail is a rocky trail as you follow the creek up to a waterfall. The trail offers some nice mountain views in the beginning especially, then transitions to a rocky trail along the creek with multiple bridge crossings. The bridges do have a semi-large gap between the pieces of wood so watch your footings, as well as watch the paws of any dogs crossing. The trail ending has some benches if you would like to sit down and eat some lunch or snacks. The waterfall is not visible from the trail ending, you have to climb up some rocks right passed the trail end in order to get a glimpse of it.

Overall a very nice trail along heart creek.

The parking lot does fill up fast, so arrive early.
