Lasso Trail follows a trail through the new community of Watermark by Bearspaw. Overall, this is a nice path within city limits offering some brief mountain views, and a nice stroll through a nice community. The trail passes through forests and meadows, but is mainly exposed to the sun, so bring sun screen and maybe a hat. The trail also switches between dirt and gravel depending on the section. There is also a marsh along the trail - we let our dogs go in, but heads up as they will get very muddy.
