North Viewpoint Loop is a nice short family hike in Big Hill Springs Provincial Park. The trail starts off at a large picnic area near a shallow creek - many kids and dogs can be seen splashing in the water. The trail then follows the creek upwards, crossing a bridge before a small waterfall viewpoint. Following the waterfall, you will head up some stairs, then take a right at the intersection (do not cross the bridge) to head upwards to the North Viewpoint. The top of the hill features some nice views of the surrounding areas. The trail then heads downwards and loops back to the creek at the beginning.

This is a nice short hike in the Big Hill Springs area - there are two other trails that are slightly longer in the area if you are looking for more.

Arrive early on weekends and holidays as the parking lot can fill up.
