Big Hill Springs Trail is the main trail found in Big Hill Springs Provincial Park. The trail is fairly short and easy, so many families are found doing the hike. The trail begins at a creek where many dogs and kids splash around in the water. The trail then follows the creek upwards to a small waterfall before heading up some stairs to an intersection. Cross the bridge and continue to follow the trail. At the next intersection you can continue straight to a brief water viewpoint before circling back to take the left up the hill to continue along the loop. There is a bench at the top of the hill if you are looking for a brief rest while taking in the views. The trail then loops back to the parking lot and picnic section by the creek.

This trail is one of three main hikes at Big Hill Springs, so check out the other hikes in the area as well.

The parking lot gets busy on weekends and holidays as it is a very family friendly hike, so arrive early.
